Autograff ShopOS
What is Autograff ShopOS?
Autograff ShopOS is a cloud shop management system covering the job board — every job from estimate to pickup on one screen — plus estimates and invoicing, digital vehicle inspections, parts, and embedded card and bank-transfer payments. On the Pro tier it adds a built-in AI receptionist that answers calls, including after hours and overflow, and books appointments into the schedule. It also connects the shop to fleet repair work: a shop on ShopOS can receive jobs directly from fleets running Autograff FleetOS.
How much does Autograff ShopOS cost?
Monthly price first, annual price second.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual | Users included |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | $100 | $90 | Unlimited |
| Pro | $350 | $300 | Unlimited |
Pricing is per shop with unlimited users — not per seat and not per location. Base is free for shops receiving work from a connected fleet. There is no setup fee and there are no add-on modules; the AI receptionist, AI insights and AI co-pilot are part of the Pro tier. Billing is monthly by default with no contract, and a shop can export its data on cancellation.
What is included at each tier?
Base covers day-to-day shop operations: the job board, estimates and invoicing, digital inspections, parts, embedded payments and the fleet portal. Pro adds the AI layer — the AI receptionist that answers the phone, AI insights that flag jobs quietly losing money, and an AI co-pilot. Every tier includes unlimited users at no extra cost, which is the main structural difference from systems that meter licences. The pricing index shows the worked total-cost comparison.
What are Autograff ShopOS's strengths?
Per-shop pricing with unlimited users and no per-seat metering; an AI receptionist built into the shop system on the Pro tier rather than bolted on as a separate add-on; embedded payments and digital inspections included in the base subscription; and a connection to fleet repair work that a standalone shop management system does not offer. No setup fee and no contract.
What are Autograff ShopOS's limitations?
It is newer than Shopmonkey, Tekmetric and AutoLeap, with a smaller installed base and fewer third-party integrations than Shopmonkey's catalogue. It is a shop management system, not a repair-information library like Mitchell 1 ProDemand. A shop built around a specific integration, or one that wants the longest track record, has reason to weigh an incumbent.
Who is Autograff ShopOS best for?
Shops that want an AI receptionist built into their management system rather than added on separately, that prefer per-shop pricing with unlimited users over paying per seat, and — particularly — shops doing fleet work, where jobs can come through directly from fleets running FleetOS. Shops built around a specific third-party integration, or wanting the longest track record in the category, will find the established vendors a closer match.
What are the alternatives to Autograff ShopOS?
Tekmetric — $179 to $409, unlimited users, longer track record, but two-way texting only at the top tier. Shopmonkey — $215 to $449, the broadest integration catalogue and largest installed base. AutoLeap — $179 to $409 plus a setup fee, with the AIR AI receptionist sold as a $99/mo add-on. Mitchell 1 Manager SE — for shops in the ProDemand ecosystem.
